Returns Policy

For faulty goods

Within 28 days of delivery, we will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Every item returned to us is tested by experts at our test centre. A replacement will be offered should a fault be found. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund. If no fault is found by our test centre, the item will be returned to you.

To return faulty goods, please contact us for a returns authorisation.

For damaged goods

If any item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a returns authorisation. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorised for replacement.

For non faulty goods

If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a returns authorisation.

Please note that goods opened are not liable for refund and a credit note will be issued in its place.
